The DAVIS vehicle inspection format is entirely customisable to ensure your drivers are only ever asked relevant questions about their vehicle status. Data is transferred instantly into the Defect Management dashboard within DAVIS Fleet for greater insight into your fleet vehicles. Drivers can now carry out vehicle inspections digitally through the DAVIS Driver App, eliminating the need for spreadsheets and paper-based methods. Drivers are notified to complete a vehicle walkaround using their smartphone and have the option to upload images, and add notes to report on any defects. If the driver reports an issue, they're able to add notes or upload a photo and these are received by the fleet manager. Each vehicle inspection contains an e-signature and, if enabled, the location and number of steps taken during the inspection are visible by the manager too. #### Dedicated defect management dashboard Summarising which defects have been completed or dismissed #### Detailed vehicle record Shows defect date, type and any images or notes uploaded by the driver #### Defect categories Choose from mechanical, body, tyres or glass to help categorise defects within your fleet #### Defect severities  Choose from high, medium or low. You can filter by severity when reviewing your defects #### Defect statuses Select from open, booked for repair and closed defect statuses #### Vehicle statuses Custom statuses can be created, but we offer off road, in garage and live as standard.
